一般描述

应用

D-(+)-葡萄糖溶液可用作以下培养基补充剂:
  • 杜氏改良Eagle培养基(DMEM),用于培养 Flp-In  293 细胞[2]
  • 大鼠脑冠状切片解剖培养基[3]
  • 神经干细胞培养基,用于培养海马细胞[4]

为细胞代谢提供主要的能量来源。

生化/生理作用

葡萄糖是体外条件下帮助哺乳动物细胞生长和存活的关键组成部分,对产量和质量而言至关重要。[5]高代谢率有利于破骨细胞分化。[1]葡萄糖水平可以调节肿瘤细胞的迁移和生长。HeLa细胞在低葡萄糖水平下显示出高迁移率。[6]
