Gly-Pro-Arg-Pro是一种模拟纤维蛋白α链的N-末端Gly-Pro-Arg区域的肽。[1]

应用

Gly-Pro-Arg-Pro（GPRP）已被用于形成由GPRP和来自血纤维蛋白原γ链的30kDa C末端片段（rFbgγC30）组成的晶体，其中，rFbgγC30是在 酵母中克隆和表达的。[1]

生化/生理作用

Gly-Pro-Arg-Pro肽能够抑制纤维蛋白聚合的早期阶段。即使是存在EGTA（乙二醇-双（β-氨基乙基醚）-N,N,N′,N′-四乙酸）的情况下，该肽的酰胺衍生物也能抑制纤溶酶对纤维蛋白原和片段D的降解。[2]
Gly-Pro-Arg-Pro（GPRP）能够增加游离凝血酶。[3]因此，它可用于制备凝血酶脱粒的（thrombin-degranulated）血小板，其有助于研究血小板反应。[4]
抑制纤维蛋白聚合。

    1. This product is soluble in 0.05 M acetic acid (10 mg/ml) as well as water (1 mg/ml).
