一般描述
碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（FGFb），也称为NUDT6（nudix（核苷二磷酸连接部分X）型基序6）由定位于人染色体4q28.1的基因编码。FGFb基因跨越基因组DNA上的34271 bp，包含16个外显子和6个内含子。FGFb RNA转录物在各种人体组织中表达，包括肝脏，胸腺，脾脏，外周血白细胞，心脏骨骼肌，睾丸，结肠和肾脏。
