软骨素是一种氨基葡萄糖聚糖 (GAG),是 N-乙酰半乳糖胺 (GalNAc) 和葡萄糖醛酸 (GlcA) 交替单位组成的多糖链,可在 GalNAc 和/或GlcA 单位上发生硫酸化。软骨素及其硫酸盐经常附着在蛋白质上形成蛋白聚糖。[1]

应用

硫酸软骨素是由 N-乙酰半乳糖胺 (GalNAc) 和葡萄糖醛酸 (GlcA) 交替组成的氨基葡聚糖 (GAG) 多糖链,广泛用于包括生物工程在内的多个研究领域。硫酸软骨素可作为生物材料共聚物或表面衍生试剂用于药物释放载体、组织工程装置和生物支架的开发。硫酸软骨素可用于开发生物相容性结构,如水凝胶、海绵、生物膜、微球和胶束等。[2]

生化/生理作用

硫酸软骨素分子作为一种体积大、带负电荷的亲水性分子,由于灵活性差无法折叠成紧凑的球状结构。它可形成多孔水合凝胶,为组织提供机械支撑,并允许水溶性分子的快速扩散和细胞的迁移。

组分

软骨素是一种酸性粘多糖,存在于软骨、皮肤、角膜和脐带中。由等摩尔量的交替 N-乙酰半乳糖胺、D-葡萄糖醛酸和硫酸盐残基组成,可在其任一亚基上硫酸化。硫酸化可发生在半乳糖胺部分的 6 位和/或 4 位,任何单个二糖单位都可能是 6-硫酸化、4-硫酸化、4,6-二硫酸化或未硫酸化。

If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
