生化/生理作用
来自牛肝的过氧化氢酶催化 H 2 O 2 分解为水和氧。是一种四聚体,由分子量为 60 kDa 的四个相等的亚单位组成。每个亚基均含有与血红素 IX 基团结合的铁。该酶还能与靠近血红素基团的 NADP 强烈结合。过氧化氢酶活性在 pH 4.0-8.5 范围内恒定。pI 为 5.4。3-氨基-1-H-1,2,4 三唑、氰化物、叠氮化物、羟胺、溴化氰、2-巯基乙醇、二硫苏糖醇、联茴香胺和硝酸盐可抑制酶活性。用抗坏血酸或抗坏血酸/Cu 2 + 孵育过氧化氢酶会导致过氧化氢酶分子的降解。它不需要任何激活剂。
