一般描述

亲和素蛋白是一种同源四聚体蛋白(68kDa),是从鸡蛋蛋白中获得的。这种鸡蛋蛋白和生物素紧密结合。因此,亲和素-生物素系统用于免疫分析,检测组织中抗原位置。[1]使用亲和素-生物素免疫分析增强了技术的灵敏度,能够检测出少量的抗原。

应用
