一般描述

白蛋白是人体中丰度最高的血浆蛋白。分子量为66.5 kDa。[1]

应用

利用人血清白蛋白已用作:
  • 作为CPT-11(irinotecan,Campto)和SN-38的载体研究其与人血浆蛋白的结合作用[2]
  • 研究水和乙腈(AN)蒸气对人血清白蛋白的吸附作用[3]
  • 研究其对伤口愈合过程的效应[4]

生化/生理作用

白蛋白是可发现于动物的体液和组织及部分植物的种子中的一类可溶性单体蛋白。 血清白蛋白可作为类固醇、脂肪酸和甲状腺激素的载体蛋白。 血清白蛋白在调节血液的胶体渗透压方面也是至关重要的。
血清白蛋白主要介导二价阳离子转运、脂肪酸和药物复合物的形成和转运。[5]血清中的白蛋白水平表明晚期肝病中的疾病进展。[1]低身体体重和血清白蛋白减少与结肠直肠癌有关。[6]
血清白蛋白可作为类固醇、脂肪酸和甲状腺激素的载体蛋白,对调节血液的胶体渗透压至关重要。研究还发现白蛋白可结合外源物质,特别是药物(例如布洛芬、华法林),并强烈影响其药代动力学。导致白蛋白氧化还原状态变化的氧化应激对其生理功能具有广泛的影响。

As for ensuring that components of the buffer used for lyophilization are not present in the final product, it is currently considered salt-free, but there is potential to characterize it by ICP-MS.
