含蛋白水解酶、胶原水解酶和DNA酶的细胞分离溶液。ACCUMAX™适用多种细胞系，但并不适合全部细胞。另外传代次数和融合度也会影响试剂效力，因为随着代次和培养状态的变化，胞外基质胶原的含量和组成也会随之改变。由于ACCUMAX是更加温和、普适性更低的混合水解液，需要针对每种细胞体系优化试剂用量和孵育时间。

这种解离液可将细胞培养团块制成单细胞悬浮液，用于精确的细胞计数、细胞与原代组织的分离、以及细胞与标准组织培养的和粘附涂层的塑料器皿（包括SmartPlastic）的常规分离。ACCUMAX不含哺乳动物或细菌来源产品。

每批次的ACCUMAX都已经过无菌性（通过USP膜过滤方法）、酶活性（通过合成发色四肽测试）和细胞与组织培养塑料器皿的分离性能测试。



ACCUMAX已成功分离多种类型的细胞： CHO、BHK、293、COS、Sf9、鲶鱼原代肝细胞。

應用

含蛋白水解酶、胶原水解酶&DNA酶的细胞消化液。该试剂可用于从成团的细胞培养物中产生单细胞悬液，以进行准确的细胞计数、细胞与原代组织的分离。

外觀

100 ml，即用型，冷冻无菌液体。 1X ACCUMAX™酶，溶于含0.5mM EDTA-4Na的Dulbecco′s PBS溶液（0.2 g/L KCl、0.2 g/L KH2PO4、8 g/L NaCl、1.15 g/L Na2HPO4）。

儲存和穩定性

保存于-20°C可保持稳定。请参阅批次到期日期。建议收货时保存于-20°C。解冻后，ACCUMAX可以在4°C下最多保存2个月。请勿在室温下存放。无菌操作。

  1. Hi What is the difference between this and A7089? I want the best one for detaching small clumps into single cells of a suspension culture of HEK293. I need it only for cell counting, and not for the culture itself. Thanks, Rachel

    1. Products SCR006 and A7089 are both Accumax solutions used to detach clumped cells and have been used on many different types of cells (CHO, BHK, 293, COS, Sf9, and catfish primary hepatocyte cells). Both products should be thawed at 37°C before use, and added at equal volume to a sample of clumped cells. Once added, allow 5-10 minutes at 37°C for incubation and count cells as you would normally.

      Product SCR006 is supplied as 100 ml, ready to use, frozen sterile liquid. 1X ACCUMAX™ enzymes are prepared in Dulbecco′s PBS (0.2 g/L KCl, 0.2 g/L KH2PO4, 8 g/L NaCl, and 1.15 g/L Na2HPO4) containing 0.5mM EDTA-4Na.

      Product A7089 is supplied as a sterile, ready-to-use frozen liquid and Prepared in Dulbecco′s PBS (0.2 g/L KCl, 0.2 g/L KH2PO4, 8 g/L NaCl, and 1.15 g/L Na2HPO4), this product does not contain EDTA-4Na.

      Some additional differences are the types of test specifications and the quality level for both products. Product SCR006 has a quality level of 300 while product A7089 has a quality level 200. Products with a quality level of 200 are for non-regulated applications with limited change control requirements. Products with a quality level of 300 are for products used in applications requiring enhanced change control and quality agreement.
