人类偏肺病毒(hMPV)是副粘病毒亚科肺炎病毒属的一员,2001年首次在荷兰儿科呼吸道标本中检出。它是一种有包膜的多形性病毒,基因组为单股负链RNA。目前已检出两种主要血清型:A 型和 B 型。几项研究在世界各地的标本中发现了hMPV,据估计,到5岁时,70% 的儿童将产生hMPV抗体。

  1. Regarding MAB80138, anti hMPV antibody, is there any paper that was published using this antibody for Immunofluorescence? In addition was is the approximate concentration of the antibody that you will send?

    1. MAB80138 anti hMPV antibody was used in Immunofluorescence in the following study. A549 or WI-38 cells were fixed in PBS containing 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes on ice, followed by permeabilization with 0.1% saponin for 30 minutes and blocking with PBS containing 10% fetal bovine serum and 2.5% bovine serum albumin for 60 minutes at room temperature. The primary antibody against hMPV nucleoprotein (N protein) was incubated overnight at 4°C, followed by secondary antibody GAM 647 for 30 minutes at room temperature. Nuclear staining was achieved with DAPI staining for 10 minutes. The study can be accessed at https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5772477/.
