特異性

NG2 (chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan), human which is the homologue of the rat NG2 molecule. The antibody reacts with a 220-240 kD surface protein whose N-terminal sequence is identical to the rat NG2 chondrotin sulfate proteoglycan molecule.

MAB5520 reacts with only neoplastic leukocytes with specific association with chromosome 11q23 translocations involving the MLL gene. It has a very high specificity for t(4;11) or t(11;19) translocations. The antibody shows no reactivity with normal marrow hematopoietic cells, peripheral blld leukocytes, red blood cells or platelets. Leukemic cells lines KG1, KG1a, HRL, Jurkat, K562, Raji, HL-60, U937, Daudi, Nalm6 and CEM are negative. However MAB5520 does react with a variety of cell lines of nonhematopoietic origin, including HeLa cells.

免疫原

Human bone marrow stromal cell line, SV40 transformed.

Autologous fat grafting is a popular method for soft tissue reconstructions but graft survival remains highly unpredictable. Supplementation of the graft with the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) or cultured adipose tissue-derived stem cells (ASCs) can enhance graft viability. In this
