大鼠牛磺酸转运蛋白的羧基末端胞质区附近的20个氨基酸肽(Smith et al. 1992; Liu et al. 1993; Uchida et al. 1992; Jhiang et al. 1993).

應用

抗牛磺酸转运蛋白抗体是一种针对牛磺酸转运蛋白的抗体,用于ELISA &WB。
蛋白质印迹:使用ECL为1-10μg/mLTau1分子量大约为65-70 kDa。

ELISA:1:10,000-1:100,000,每孔使用50-100 ng对照肽(货号AG341)。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。

儲存和穩定性

自收到之日起,在 -20°C 以未稀释的等分试样可保存 6 个月。 应避免反复冻/融循环。

在运输过程中,少量抗体有时会夹在产品瓶的密封中。 对于体积为200μL或更小的抗体,我们建议在小瓶的硬质表面上轻轻敲打,或在台式离心机中短暂离心以收集容器′盖中的所有液体。
