单克隆抗络氨酸微管蛋白(小鼠 IgM 同种型)来源于杂交瘤,该杂交瘤由小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生。微管蛋白为圆柱形丝状结构,几乎存在于所有真核细胞中。微管蛋白是异二聚体,由 α-微管蛋白和 β-微管蛋白组成。 每种亚基的分子量均为55 kDa,具有相当大的同源性。

生化/生理作用
微管蛋白是微管的主要构建单元。微管蛋白的组装过程涉及微管蛋白酪氨酸化。特异性微管蛋白酪氨酸羧肽酶去除末端酪氨酸,产生末端为谷氨酸残基的 α-微管蛋白;而另一种酶通过在羧基末端添加酪氨酸修饰 α-微管蛋白,从而形成酪氨酸增加和损失的潜在循环。
