一般描述
Heterobifunctional reagent useful for preparation of conjugates such as secondary antibodies and β-galactosidase for EIA procedures or for immobilizing enzymes on solid supports.
N-γ-maleimidobutyryloxysuccinimide ester (GMBS) is an aliphatic crosslinker for immunotoxins (IT).(1) It is used for the generation of conjugated Poly-γ-D-glutamic acid.
应用
GMBS is suitable for use:
- as a hetero-bifunctional cross-linking reagent for the immobilization of neural adhesion molecule L1 onto silicon dioxide surface[1]
- for the crosslinking of biochips with functionalized gold nanoparticles[2]
- for coating salinized capillary tube prior to neutravidin treatment in biosensor sandwich immunoassay[3]
