在原核生物和真核生物中均可特异性抑制蛋白质合成的核苷抗生素。适合与杀稻瘟菌素S抗性质粒一起用作显性选择标记。杀稻瘟菌素抗性是由杀稻瘟菌素S脱氨酶基因(bcr)所赋予的,其可将杀稻瘟菌素S转化为无毒的脱氨基羟基衍生物。
在原核生物和真核生物中均可特异性抑制蛋白质合成的核苷抗生素。适用于选择携带有杀稻瘟菌素抗性质粒的细胞。杀稻瘟菌素抗性是由杀稻瘟菌素S脱氨酶基因(蜡状芽孢杆菌的bsr或土曲霉的BSD)所赋予的,其产物可将杀稻瘟菌素S转化为无毒的脱氨基羟基衍生物。
