应用

嘌呤霉素是一种氨基核苷酸抗生素，衍生自白黑链霉菌。 它可以选择包含抗性基因嘌呤霉素 N-乙酰基转移酶（PAC）的细胞。 它被用在兔模型中，研究处理后的血管平滑肌细胞的生存能力[1]。 嘌呤霉素用在体细胞克隆和胚胎移植后产生增强的绿色荧光蛋白（EGFP）转基因仔猪[2]。

生化/生理作用

作用机制：嘌呤霉素通过提前终止链来抑制蛋白质合成，作为氨基酰基-tRNA 的 3′ 末端的类似物起作用。嘌呤霉素还可作为二肽基肽酶 II（丝氨酸肽酶）和胞质溶胶丙氨酰氨基肽酶的可逆抑制剂起作用。

耐药性机制：嘌呤霉素乙酰转移酶是有效的抗性基因。

抗菌谱：该产品对革兰氏阳性微生物有活性，对耐酸杆菌的活性较低，对革兰氏阴性微生物的活性更低。 嘌呤霉素可以防止细菌、原生动物、藻类和哺乳动物细胞的生长，并且起效迅速，可在 2 天内杀死 99％ 的细胞。

  1. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1 answer

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers.
