一般描述

Facile curable bioinks are ready-to-print bioinks formulated to crosslink without the necessity of light irradiation which can be detrimental to cell health. The bioink has a Gelatin base which as a natural protein offers excellent cytocompatibility and cell-binding motifs in order to mimic the native extracellular (ECM) microenvironment. The bioink can be crosslinked in a dilute solution of multivalent cations including TissueFab® - crosslinking solution (Cat#919926). TissueFab® - Facile curable HA bioink also contains hyaluronic acid (HA), a natural polysaccharide found ubiquitously throughout the body and cellular ECM. Cell can recognize HA through cell surface receptors CD44 and RHAMM and also degrade it through secretion of hyaluronidase. [1]

Low bioburden: Bioburden is defined as the number of contaminated organisms found in a given amount of material. We test each lot for endotoxins as well as total bioburden (aerobic and fungal) to minimize unwanted interactions.
