Poly(L-lactide-co-caprolactone-co-glycolide) (PLGA-PCL) is a biodegradable block copolymer that may be used as nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems.[1] Electrospun nanofiber blend of PLGA-PCL, phosphorylcholine groups and an antiproliferative (rapamycin)may be used as vascular grafts and prostheses.[2]
