一般描述

氟化钾是一种白色结晶固体,极易溶于水。它是一种强碱,广泛应用于催化、聚合物合成和半导体器件领域。 [1] [2] KF的熔点相对较高。 能很好地溶于氢氟酸。 但是不溶于醇。

应用

氟化钾可用于:
  • 制造CIGS薄膜太阳能电池。经KF后沉积处理后,效率提高21.7%。这是因为K—In—Se包覆CIGSe,形成双层结构,在CIGS表面形成含K层,导致表面反应性增加。[3]
  • 制备用于超级电容器电极的2D碳化钒MXene。[4]
  • 电化学氧化偶联法合成磺酰氟。[5]
  • 作为锂离子电池的电解液添加剂。[6]
  • 作为环硫醚开环氟化的催化剂。[1]
  • 合成固体碱催化剂KF/Ca−Mg−Al水滑石,用于酯交换反应法生产生物柴油。[2]
用于研究两性聚合物凝胶的离子特异性溶胀和去溶胀的多功能氟离子源。贵金属在氟化氢中的室温氧化, 以及碱金属卤化物聚合物中离子的电子极化率的测量。

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

  2. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.
