Isoelectric focusing marker
IEF mix 3.6-9.3 has been used a standard pI marker in isoelectric focussing.[1]

Preparation Note

Vial contains 0.2 M glycine, pH 6, after reconstituting with 250 μl of deionized water to obtain a solution containing 12 mg/ml of total protein, 10% (w/v) trehalose, and 10% (w/v) mannitol.

Other Notes

Contains eight proteins producing 11 bands on IEF (non-urea).
