General description

• Gels cast on the electrophoresis film remain permanently attached to the film during electrophoresis, staining and drying
• Handling of thin agarose gels is much easier when attached to electrophoresis film
• Gels attached to electrophoresis film remain flexible after drying

Application

Electrophoresis film is a flexible, transparent polyester film specifically designed to support agarose gels. Ideal for casting horizontal agarose gels for immunoelectrophoresis and immunodiffusion. One side has been treated with a hydrophilic coating, which enhances adhesion with aqueous agarose gel media.
