Tripartite motif-containing 32 (TRIM32, BBS11, HT2A, LGMD2H, TATIP) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that ubiquitinates proteins such as c-Myc, dysbindin, actin, paisy, and abl-interactor 2 (ABI2). TRIM32 is involved in the regulation of miRNA activation and the induction of neuronal differentiation in brain regions such as the neocortex.
