Opis

General description

Anti-Ankyrin G, mouse monoclonal, clone 463, recognizes the ~190 kDa ankyrin G protein in brain extracts. It is validated for Western blotting, immunofluorescence, and frozen sections.

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with P3X63/Ag 8.653 mouse myeloma cells. Recognizes the ~190 kDa isoform of Ankyrin_G.

Recognizes the ~190 kDa ankyrin_G protein in brain extracts. Reacts with all spliced forms of ankyrin_G.
