Immunohistochemistry on 4% paraformaldehyde fixed frozen tissue: 1:5,000-1:10,000.

This Anti-Oxytocin Antibody, clone 4G11 is validated for use in ELISA, IH for the detection of Oxytocin.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes Oxytocin. No reactivity to arginine vasopressin, vasotocin or [Asu1,6,Arg8]-vasopressin by competitive ELISA.
