General description

The LANEXO® lab inventory manager lets you easily register, track, and monitor all consumables.
The solution includes everything you need for instant access to detailed info on every consumable in your lab.
The M Package is intended for around 20 users and includes the following:
  • Identifier boxes (200 Labels each): 15
  • Smart Seal Boxes (250 Labels each): 18
  • Position Boxes (50 Labels each): 3
  • Approximately 6 hours of user training, depending on need.
  • Weekly health checks on support status and product quality.
  • Quarterly and annual business review meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
Subscription M Plus is available as well with same quantities of tangibles but includes quality documentation package (Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification).

Application

1. Mobile App:
The iOS and Android app lets you register consumables simply by scanning them with a smartphone, and gives you access to all the inventory manager’s capabilities.(We don’t sell Android or iOS phones but can recommend a tested model.)

2. RFID Labels:
Our full range of radiofrequency identification (RFID) labels can be applied to consumables from any vendor, as well as to in-house preparations:

  • Identifier labels to manage the reagents, buffers, samples and in-house prepared solutions
  • Smart Seal Labels with the opening detection calculates their expiry date based on the life span
  • Position labels for tracking storage locations, such as cabinets, shelves, refrigerators, freezers etc.
3. Web App:
Web app lets you take care of your application settings and search/export functions such as restocking rules, user permissions, safety rules, audit trails export, etc.
