A cell-permeable and orally available synthetic PGE2.

A cell-permeable and orally available synthetic PGE₂ (Cat. No. 538904) 16,16-dimethyl derivative that exhibits similar biological activity as PGE₂ as an EP receptor agonist both in in vitro and in in vivo, while being more resistant to PGDH metabolism. Shown to amplify wnt activity through cAMP/PKA-mediated regulation of cellular β-catenin protein stability during vertebrate development and organ regeneration.
