General description
Ten test chlorkowy Spectroquant® umożliwia dokładną kwantyfikację jonów chlorkowych w różnych wodach i ściekach. Ich stężenie zależy od czynników geologicznych i ogólnej sytuacji lokalnej.
W trakcie testu jony chlorkowe reagują z tiocyjanianem rtęci(II) do chlorku rtęci(II). Uwolniony tiocyjanek reaguje z jonami żelaza, tworząc gotowy kompleks. Metoda jest analogiczna do EPA 325.1 i APHA 4500-Cl- E.
