生化／生理作用
3BDO 是一种细胞渗透性、口服生物可利用、无毒性的丁内酯衍生物，显示其以可逆的方式竞争性结合 FKBP1A（FK506 结合蛋白 1A，12 kDa），并通过 mTOR 通路抑制自噬。3BDO 同时抑制 LPS 和 oxLDL 诱导的 HUVECs 自噬，增加 TIA1 磷酸化，减少自噬体数量。据报道，它具有脑渗透性，并显著降低 apoE-/-小鼠 (100 mg/kg, q.d., p.o.) 的动脉粥样硬化形成。3BDO 增加 IDE 和脑啡肽酶水平，降低 β 淀粉样蛋白Aβ 沉积阿尔茨海默病的 PP/PS1 转基因小鼠模型的疾病，并缓解记忆缺陷。
