Afzelin是NOS抑制剂和NADPH氧化酶抑制剂，具有抗菌、抗炎、抗凋亡和抗肿瘤活性。Afzelin可作为铜绿假单胞菌相关疾病的有效治疗药物。[3]Afzelin还能促进乳腺癌细胞凋亡，抑制细胞增殖。在小鼠模型中表现出抗哮喘作用。[1]
