    1. A protocol is not included or recommended for this product and would be dependent upon the transfection reagent being used. This item is a universal negative control that is suitable for use in lipid-based or electroporation applications.

  2. Can I know the length or the sequence of the siRNA, i need calculate the amount of the phosphate groups to adjust the N/P ratio. Thanks

    1. The sequences are proprietary, however the length will range from 20 - 22 bp for the sense and antisense.
