Anti-JAK2 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total JAK2 protein.
JAK2 (janus kinase 2) encodes a tyrosine kinase. It belongs to the Jak family of proteins. The JAK2 gene is located on human chromosome 9p24.

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human JAK2.

生化/生理作用

JAK2 (janus kinase 2) plays an important role in the activities of cytokine receptors. Overexpression of JAK2 results in neuroblastoma. JAK2 mutations promote primary resistance to PD-1 (anti-programmed death protein 1) blockade therapy.
