Product S9059 was manufactured using passive conjugation of the STP with 10 nm gold colloid. It does not involve covalent or linker chemistry. The protein binds to the gold colloid through amino acid residues, including charge attraction (lysine), hydrophobic attraction (tryptophan), and sulfur bonding (cysteine).
