    1. This product is prepared from a powdered sodium acetate compound. The material is CAS 127-09-3 with the molecular formula of C2H3NaO2. No additional acetic acid is used in the formulation of this buffer.

    1. As mentioned on the Product Datasheet located in the 'DOCUMENTATION' section, this product is a 3 M solution prepared with sodium acetate (Molecular Biology grade) and 18 megaohm water. Triton-X 100 has not been added to this formulation.
