酮体 3-羟基丁酸 (BOH) 和乙酰乙酸 (AcAc) 主要在肝脏中由脂肪酸氧化生成 ,正常情况下在尿液和血液中浓度较低。血液中酮体浓度升高可能导致代谢性酸中毒,这与糖尿病、儿童期低血糖、生长激素缺乏症、酒精或水杨酸盐中毒以及先天性代谢缺陷相关。
應用
