一般說明

小鼠血清来源的 IgM 可作为引用抗原、标准品、封闭剂或包被蛋白用于包括 ELISA、斑点免疫结合、免疫印迹、免疫扩散和免疫电泳在内的多种免疫测定。其他应用包括:用于制备免疫原和固相免疫吸附剂的起始物料。
免疫球蛋白 M (IgM) 抗体在感染早期出现。IgM 抗体是造成不匹配输血中红细胞凝集的原因。IgM 的级别可随疾病状态感染的状态而变化。

特異性

山羊多克隆抗小鼠 IgM(μ-链特异性)抗体与小鼠 IgM 的 m 链反应。当对照纯化的小鼠 IgA、IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG3 和 IgM 骨髓瘤蛋白进行检测时,其对小鼠 IgM 具有特异性。
