一般描述

LY-294,002盐酸盐是类黄酮化合物槲皮素的衍生物,可引发对磷酸肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)的更高抑制。[1]LY-294,002可抑制巨噬细胞的核因子κB信号传导。[2]它可以提高自噬体蛋白LC3的表达,并促进胃癌[3] 和鼻咽癌细胞的凋亡。[4]LY-294,002可调节动作电位复极化并改善肌细胞收缩性。[5]

  • 人肺癌细胞中的磷酸肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)[6]
