MGEA5 (meningioma expressed antigen 5 (hyaluronidase)) codes for OGA (O-GlcNAcase). It has an N-terminal catalytic domain , a stalk domain and a C-terminal pseudo-histone acetyltransferase (HAT) domain. This gene is mapped to human chromosome 10q24.32.
