  • 制备Dulbecco′改性′s培养基 (DMEM) + MXH,用于选择嵌合修饰痘苗病毒安卡拉株(MVA)
  • 产生超氧阴离子

生化/生理作用

次黄嘌呤能够刺激细胞死亡。它也能诱导活性氧(ROS)。通过氧化应激刺激细胞凋亡可导致内皮功能障碍。
