一般描述

3-羟基-DL-犬尿氨酸是一种色氨酸代谢产物，分子量相应的 224 Da。是存在于眼睛晶状体中的发色团或亲水性黄色化合物。3-羟基-DL-犬尿氨酸是由犬尿氨酸在犬尿氨酸 3-单加氧酶 (KMO) 操作下合成的。在犬尿氨酸酶和犬尿氨酸氨基转移酶的作用下，分别代谢为 3-羟基邻氨基苯甲酸和黄尿酸。[1]

  • 作为定量糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清 3-羟基-DL-犬尿氨酸水平的对照品[4]

生化/生理作用

3-羟基-DL-犬尿氨酸 (3-HKYN) 具有抗氧化功能，可防止大脑皮层脂质过氧化。可能调节突触神经传递。[1]Huntington 病患者血浆中 3-HKYN 水平升高。然而，它在神经退行性疾病中的作用仍不十分清楚。[5]犬尿氨酸代谢与谷氨酸能神经传递相关，3-HKYN 水平与精神分裂症的病理生理学相关。[6]

  1. How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

    1 answer

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.   2. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.
