生化/生理作用

GTP可用作参与到将化学能导入至特定的生物合成途径的磷酸酶和焦磷酸酶载体。GTP可将参与到包括增殖、分化等多种细胞过程的信号转导G蛋白进行激活,以及多种细胞间激酶级联反应的激活。增殖和凋亡是部分受到由小GTPase Ras和Rho介导的GTP水解调控的。另一种类型的小GTPase,Rab可在囊泡的对接和融合中起到作用,并也可能参与到囊泡的形成。除了在信号转导中发挥作用外,GTP还可在DNA和RNA的酶促生物合成中作为单核苷酸单位的富含能量前体。

  1. Can assistance be provided in sourcing ATP and GTP for establishing an in vitro translation system from plant cells?

    1. Upon verification, there is currently no validated ATP or GTP product for in vitro translation application available. However, according to the following publication, ATP (cat#A2383) and GTP (cat#G8877) seem to work well for in vitro transcription and translation systems.
