应用

3,3′-二氨基联苯胺四盐酸盐水合物适用于免疫组织学染色方案、蛋白质印迹和 FISH（荧光原位杂交）。DAB 用于研究早期白内障时的上皮细胞凋亡，以及常染色体显性遗传性多囊肾 (PKD) 的免疫组织化学方案。

生化/生理作用

在过氧化物存在的条件下，DAB用作过氧化物酶反应中的氢供体。氧化后的DAB形成棕色不溶性复合物。
