一般描述
IgG是一种单体，是一种在血液中循环的抗体，可以协助吞噬破坏外来微生物。它在抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒性中发挥重要作用，并且还与II型和III型超敏反应有关。抗兔IgG（全分子）过氧化物酶偶联抗体可用于pAb-ELISA。兔抗IgG抗体与过氧化物酶（在TBS、0.5% BSA中以1:2500稀释）可用于蛋白质印迹。该抗体还用作间接ELISA法进行蛤蚌毒素分析的检测器。山羊抗兔IgG过氧化物酶缀合物与所有兔免疫球蛋白发生特异性反应。

应用
抗兔 IgG（全分子）过氧化物酶结合物抗体用于蛋白印迹法、间接 ELISA、免疫印迹和免疫检测。
用 HRP 标记的羊抗兔 IgG 作为二抗，对 C33A 细胞裂解物进行免疫共沉淀和免疫印迹分析。
用HRP标记的山羊抗兔IgG作为二抗，对小鼠肠、肝和脾的冰冻切片 (10um) 进行免疫组化分析。在与二抗孵育之前，用MeOH/过氧化氢30%的混合物处理切片，以阻断内源过氧化物酶。
外形
0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液（pH 7.4，含有1％牛血清白蛋白和防腐剂）的溶液。
制备说明
按照Wilson, M.B.,和Nakane, P.K.在由阿姆斯特丹Elsevier/北荷兰生物医学出版社出版的免疫荧光及相关染色技术（1978）一书中所描述的高碘酸盐法而制备。
