4-氨基邻苯二甲酰肼或异鲁米诺是由酞嗪环构成的化学发光试剂,亲水性更高于鲁米诺。异鲁米诺在商业上广泛用于各种体外免疫分析,是可用于研究活性氧的放大性化学发光试剂。异鲁米诺也可用作电发光生物传感器(ECL)和微生物快速检测探针。
