準備報告
工作浓度：抗体稀释1:5,000
工作溶液：如需制备10x封闭储备溶液，封闭试剂可溶于马来酸缓冲液中至10%（w/v）终浓度，并伴随晃动以及在加热模块或微波炉中加热。
储备条件（工作溶液）：封闭试剂的10x储备溶液经高温灭菌后2至8℃储存。或者，在分装后-15至-25℃储存。
