免疫原

GABA通过戊二醛偶联至BSA。

應用

如果灌注固定,则在冷冻切片上进行免疫组化检查。含石蜡切片的固定液中必须含有戊二醛:1:200-1:400。 典型的固定液可能是4%PFA,1%戊二醛的0.1 M磷酸钠缓冲液,pH值7.3。

由于低分子量,不建议使用免疫印迹法: 103Da。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
