一般說明

一种细胞渗透性吡唑酮化合物,不可逆地(可能通过共价修饰)抑制泛素激活酶E1活性(无细胞E1泛素化反应中的IC50<10 µM),同时对E3、E2或半胱天冬酶活性表现出很少或没有活性。阻断泛素化依赖的蛋白质降解和其他泛素化介导的细胞活动。已显示,通过PYR-41或其他方式使E1失活可导致苏素化的总体升高。
