p75NTR抑制剂Pep5(目录号506180)与HIV TAT蛋白的N端11个氨基酸的蛋白转导结构域序列融合,以实现膜通透性。显示在体外抑制p75NTR与Rho-GDI的结合。在100 nM的浓度下,据报告在DRG(背根神经节)和产后小脑神经元中作为MAG-和Nogo诱导的神经突生长抑制的有效阻滞剂。据报告是抑制中枢神经系统再生的潜在治疗剂。
