Detect Myogenin with Anti-Myogenin Antibody (Mouse Monoclonal Antibody), that has been shown to work in IP, WB, ICC & IHC.
Western blot: 1 μg/mL. Reacts with the ~34 kD protein.

Immunohistochemistry: 1-2 μg/mL on formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded human rhabdomyosarcoma tissue sections.

Immunocytochemistry

Immunoprecipitation: 2 μg/mg
