생화학적/생리학적 작용
Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) mediates epithelial-mesenchymal transition in hepatocellular carcinoma.[2] The JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway is associated with tumor development in a number of cancer such as gastric cancer.[3] Mutation in the JAK2 gene is known to activate JAK2 receptor action even in the absence of ligand, inducing cell proliferation and opposing apoptosis.[4]
