N,N-Dimethylacetamide (DMAc) is widely used to compose the solvent mixtures for cellulose. Static and dynamic light scattering studies of the cellulose dissolved in varying concentrations of DMAc/LiCl mixtures have been reported.[1]

애플리케이션

N,N-Dimethylacetamide (DMAc) may be used to compose the solvent system along with lithium chloride (LiCl) for the dissolution of commercial rayon grade cellulose.[2] DMAc/LiCl solvent mixtures have been used for the preparation of chitin, cellulose and polyimide fibers and films.[3]
