PA-Series: Unlabeled Polyacrylamide Conjugates
This series of glycoconjugate probes consists of HOCH₂CH₂NH₃⁺-salts for carboxylates and sulfates. PAA is poly[N-(2-hydroxyethyl) acrylamide], a flexible polymer chain which serves as an additional spacer. The spacer-arm for oligosaccharides is normally –(CH₂)₃–.

애플리케이션

Glycoconjugates are used to study the functions of carbohydrates, carbohydrate-binding proteins in biological processes, and on the discovery of new carbohydrate-mediated interactions.
